The BIM process is always mandatory within the scope of the project. Most types of facades have been designed, manufactured and installed based on BIM process. All types of facades were modeled and integrated in the LOD350/500 federated BIM model.

The aim of applying BIM process in project is the combination of greater levels of standardization, reduced construction tolerances and a more direct procurement approach to achieving a significant reduction in cladding costs.
